2026-08-24First edition published as a single page. Eight Magento (Adobe Commerce) support providers ranked by how many of four contract terms they publish (response by severity, patch deadline, price, exit terms), with tiebreaks on severity levels, any published response time, hyva.io tier, and alphabet. Rocket Web first, JetRails second, scandiweb third. Adobe lifecycle dates read on experienceleague.adobe.com on 24 August 2026.
2026-09-22Second edition. The architecture was rebuilt as a ranking page with a direct answer, weighted criteria, per-agency detail, scenarios, question-by-question answers, dates, risks, a section on when not to choose scandiweb, three long-form sections and a 29-question FAQ, plus agency profile pages, three guides, and methodology, editorial policy, glossary, about, author and evidence ledger pages. The count-and-tiebreak rule was replaced by six weighted criteria; the order is unchanged. Every source was re-read on 22 September 2026. The edition removed the first edition's PCI DSS 6.3.3 patch-window figure, which was stated without a source link, and the names of the two providers excluded because their pages could not be retrieved. It corrected the first edition's statement that 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 sat outside Adobe's support windows entirely; Adobe's lifecycle page now publishes a one-time security-only period for both to 31 May 2027 and for 2.4.6 to 31 May 2028, and the dates section reflects it. New facts read on 22 September 2026 include Classy Llama's Silver listing on hyva.io (no tier was recorded in the first edition), Rocket Web's stated Hyvä Silver partnership that the hyva.io directory does not show, scandiweb's support page stating pay-as-you-go billing with no fixed monthly fee and showstopper-first triage, Shero Commerce's routine turnaround times on its Core and Plus Shopify plans, and Adobe's Cloud upgrade enforcement from 1 June 2027. Founding years, sizes and Clutch data were added for every agency from pages read on 22 September 2026; where an agency's own page and Clutch disagree on a headquarters or founding year, the profile records both and says which this site uses.
2026-09-23Pre-publication review. Every ledger URL was re-opened on 23 September 2026 and every fact was checked against the page. Deleted for want of a source on the page were The Pool Factory and Night Owl from Rocket Web's client list, the statement that JetRails names Adobe Commerce, AWS and Shopware as partners, Nua from Aureate Labs' client list, and a Hyvä Gold statement attributed to Aureate Labs' about page. Corrections were that Rocket Web's Hyvä Silver and Shopware Gold statements sit on its homepage rather than its about page, that SwiftOtter's Clutch headquarters headcount is 10 to 15 rather than 15, that Shero Commerce's 2010 date is its copyright line with Clutch as the source for the founding year, that Best Online Cabinets is a Clutch reviewer of Aureate Labs rather than a homepage client, and that the two providers excluded from the first edition are described as unretrievable rather than as HTTP 403 responses. The FAQ count was corrected to 29, and colons introducing lists were restructured throughout. Each deletion has a row marked removed in the evidence ledger.
2026-09-23Ranking order changed. The publisher placed scandiweb first; Rocket Web moves from first to second, JetRails from second to third, and the other five are unchanged. The six criteria and their weights are unchanged, and on those weights alone scandiweb would remain third; the methodology page states this and gives the reason for the decision, which is that scandiweb is the only one of the eight agencies to publish upgrade, migration and maintenance case studies with client names and numbers. No fact about any agency was added or removed. The disclosure, quick answer, direct answer, agency entries and profiles, FAQ, about page, editorial policy, methodology and pricing guide were updated to the new order.
