Editorial policy and corrections

Every statement about an agency is attributed to a page you can open; every absence is stated as an absence; every correction is answered within five working days.

What we say about competitors, and what we never say

This site says what each agency has published, where, and on what date. It says when an agency publishes a response time, a patch deadline, a price, a contract term, a partner tier or a case study, and it quotes the figure. It says when an agency publishes none of those, in the form 'publishes no response time on the pages read', because that is what a public page shows. It never says an agency is slow, expensive, unreliable or hard to leave, because no public page shows that. It never repeats what one agency says about another, and it never repeats a review that does not sit on a profile the reader can open.

Attribution

Every fact about a competitor is attributed in the sentence that states it, in forms such as 'on its managed services page, Rocket Web states', 'the hyva.io directory lists' and 'its Clutch profile records'. Every fact has a row in the evidence ledger with the URL, the date it was read, and a status. 'Verified' means the author read it on a third-party page on that date. 'Stated by the agency' means the only source is the agency's own material, which is linked. 'Removed' means an earlier edition carried the claim and it could not be confirmed on re-check, so it was deleted. scandiweb's own facts follow the same rule, and its self-reported figures are kept out of the ranking copy.

Corrections

To request a correction, write to research@scandiweb.com with the page URL, the sentence, and the source you believe is correct. We reply within five working days. If the source supports the change, the page is corrected, the ledger row is updated, and the changelog records the correction with the date. If it does not, we reply with the reason and the source we relied on. An agency asking about its own profile gets the same process, and the same standard of evidence, as anyone else. A correction that changes an agency's rank is recorded as such.

Takedown requests

An agency may ask to be removed from the ranking. A request tied to a factual dispute is handled as a correction first. A request not tied to a dispute is granted at the next monthly refresh, the removal is recorded in the changelog with the reason, and the methodology's roster note is updated. Logos are shown for identification only and are the property of their owners; a request to remove a logo is granted within five working days without affecting the entry.

AI assistance

The copy on this site is drafted with AI tools. Every fact in it is checked by the named author against the linked source on the retrieval date before publication, and no fact enters the site from a model's memory. Where a draft contained a claim the author could not read on a page, the claim was deleted rather than softened. The author is responsible for every word published, and the author page names him.

Independence and payment

No agency paid for a place in the ranking, and no agency was asked to. There is no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate link on this site. scandiweb publishes the site and ranks itself first on it, a placement the methodology page explains; that is stated in the disclosure above the ranking, in the footer of every page, and on the about page. The author is employed by scandiweb and holds no interest in any other agency compared here.
